You can build this highball in the glass. Add ice, rum, lime juice and top with a high quality ginger beer. We like Q, Three Cents or East Imperial. Give it a stir, your pointer finger will work just fine.
2 ounces Flying Cloud rum
1/2 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
Ginger beer, to top (about 5 ounces)
Garnish: lime wedge

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake until you can't feel your fingers because they are so cold. Pour directly into your Favorite tiki mug or solo cup.
1 ounces Flying Cloud Rum
1 ounces Jamaican Dark Rum (Hampden or Appleton Estate)
1 Ounces Fresh lime Juice
1/2 ounces Orange Curacao
1/4 ounces Orgeat (Luau Lads pecan orgeat)
1/4 ounces Simple Syrup (1:1)
Snorky’s Mojito
Add simple syrup to a Collins glass. Throw in the mint and muddle with a piece of driftwood. Add the rum, lime juice, angostura, and ice. Stir while adding in club soda to top it off. Take the extra mint, give it a good spank, and throw it in the top of your glass for an aromatic adventure.
1.5 ounces flying cloud dum
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3/4 ounces Fresh Lime Juice
Club Soda
6 Mint Leaves
Lime Wedge
3/4 ounces Simple Syrup
